I was just curious to see if a title like the one for this post would cause people to open it. In a recent article that I read concerning e-mail campaigns it talked about using such 'tricks' to lure people in to opening your e-mails. It then goes on to say however that you can't be blatantly tricking people as this will just P' off your recipients so there needs to be at least some reference in the letter to the title.
