‘The Breakaways’ & ‘Spinner’
The band structured into two bands, ‘Spinner’ and ‘The Breakaways’, and these tightly woven units exhibit an outstanding musical ability, both instrumentally and vocally. As well as priding ourselves on code of dress and getting the sound just right, and the equipment we use to provide this sound is of the highest standard. Harmonies are our forte and these are rich and melodious, and each member prides himself of this fact.
One can be assured of very professional outfits, who are out to thoroughly entertain the audience, and with a mixture of music from the sixties, seventies, eighties, nineties and beyond, so we are competently able to provide for a variety of occasions. We cater for Rock & Roll & Beach Party themes as the band ‘The Breakaways’, and for music of the 70’s, 80’s and beyond, the band becomes ‘Spinner’. So whether one wants a beach boys type theme, Rock & Roll or music from the 70’, 80’s 90’s etc, we are able to cater for the venue.
