About me:: Coolangatta Sands Hotel's Jam nights are back after the Christmas break set to rock every Thursday night.

They’re calling it the “Jam of all Jams” the night combines entertainment by host rock band The Smashed Crabs, with undiscovered talent and more experienced musicians who are out to battle it out on stage in front of an appreciative audience for amazing prizes each week.

The Sands Jam has received overwhelming support from sponsors with weekly winners receiving music store gift vouchers, and appealing prize packs from Tooheys and Jagermeister, as well as the chance to win a Jack Daniels branded Fender guitar, at the end of the series.

Coolangatta Sands Hotel licensee and event organiser, Chris Kelly said "Sands Jam is a great opportunity to showcase outstanding talents from the young to the more experienced musicians and performers"
