Hey guys, my name is Adam. I'm an ex hardcore vocalist associated with Byron Bay Hard Core (NSW). However, I've given up on this genre and my musical career after vocal frying my throat to ruins...



I am not 100% sure what your policies on bands are (i.e. ages, previous experience, etc), but there is one young, talented band I am trying to find gigs for. They are all 13 years of age, but they play a style and structure of music well beyond their years, are improving by the day and have an infectious enthusiasm and love for music.



They are influenced by bands such as Coldplay, John Mayer, Fat Freddy's Drop, and many more. A link to their relatively new MySpace page can be found at http://www.myspace.com/521385812 - Also, if you would like references from previous venues, other musicians, etc. I can provide them too.



I was wondering if you guys knew of any possible gigs / venues, etc, or if they are a little too young or inexperienced for the GC scene. If you know of any places I might be able to contact about getting these boys a gig in the area, as they are really passionate and keen about what they do, and it's a joy to watch and listen to them. .
