GC Bands - Gold Coast Live Music Scene

Hey guys,

Aside from playing in bands I've set up a small screen printing biz.
Selling tees hoodies and stickers and all that at gigs I found usually made more money for my bands that what venues paid us for playing, especially when we were paid in beer.

Since I'm not playing in a band at the moment I've got a bit more time to print stuff for other people, so if anyone on here is after getting some merch printed to sell at gigs, flick me an email and I'll see what I can do for you.

Since I just run my biz from home and only work when I feel like it I'm generally alot more flexible than the big guns and in most cases I'm probably a bit cheaper too.

Also if anyone is getting into some DIY printing for their own band and are after some advise or need a supplier of blank t-shirts or hoodies or anything hit me up too and I'll see if I can help you out.

Cheers,

Gus

Old School Management advise.... Its all about the package guys. No one will look at you if you dont have all the pieces of the puzzle. Merch is a big part as its all about branding. All successful companies have a logo that is recognisable and as much as we hate to admit it, this is business. If you have product it is another source of revenue. There are many cover bands that are doing the int. circuit i.e: Dubai, Japan etc and they are doubling their revenue as well as building their branding and fan base. This is an investment in your future with capital return. Think seriously about what has been offered here... its worth looking into.
