Need Lead Guitarist ASAP. 2012 = Canada and Northern Territory Shows
We're looking for a lead guitarist who can commit to our next gig - 2 on March 17th on the Sunshine Coast and a Canadian tour in June (see http://www.indiegogo.com/Help-Aussie-Band-Mayan-Fox-Tour-Canada?c=g...)
We also have a 3 day festival in the Northern Territory in October. Apart from that this will be a year of sparse shows but a helluvalot of writing and recording which we also value your input.
Since our first album our songs have progressed to a more lead rock guitar influenced vibe that can compliment our exotic/islandy leanings. We want to build on that so if you're keen to have a go we're keen to have a jam/trial with you to see if we connect.

Hey I had a listen to your Unearthed page and liked it. Can't believe you put Exponents as a sound alike. Does anyone not in New Zealand remember them lol. I am a guitarist, well, singer/songwriter/guitarist/moviemaker. But this sounds like something I can do depending on how long you are planning on being in Canada for.

Hey Rob, thanks for the compliments:) Haha - Exponents - yeah I wonder what they're up to these days?
Sorry about the slow reply. We just linked up with a guitarist that seems to have settled in. We'll soon know if she's a keeper but so far it's working out well.
Let us know though when you're gigging and we'll come and have a listen.
