Looking for Band Members

Hey all,
I'm looking for a competent lead guitarist and also a keyboard player to join my band.
We play both originals and covers and are looking at becoming big.
Have access to gigs and also recording studios so making demos is no problem.
All you need is your own equipment (as in instrument/amp/leads) and transport to rehearsal area.

However, am looking to move more into the hard rock/punk genre... its just hard to write that sort of music on an acoustic guitar hahaha.
