Bands to jam with

Hi, i was wondering how to get the opportunity to sing with a band. I tried to audition for some positions but the people want experience. I am new to this and would just like some friendly jam sessions to get the feel.

Hi john,
are you 18+? if yes, i believe the loft runs jam nights where anyone can get up and have a go on thurs evenings (could be wrong with this day - might be wed??) - you can check if this is def still on by searching for the gcbands member daniel aurora on this site - he runs this....
