Vegas Kings release their 3rd record, "You'll Never Work In This Town Again" on September 18th through Mere Noise Records & MGM.

The new record was recorded by Jeff Lovejoy at Blackbox Studio in Brisbane and mixed by legendary Detroit producer Jim Diamond (who has made fine records for The White Stripes/The Dirtbombs/Compulsive Gamblers).

Butcher Birds are Stacey, Jacinta, Joanna and Donovan from Brisbane, Australia. Butcher Birds have been around since 2005. They released an EP called "Eat Their Young" in 2006, and as of October, 2009, will have a full-length LP out through Merenoise/MGM called "Set My Bones." They are in equal parts brutally loud and melodic. They have played support to bands such as Beasts of Bourbon, Kim Salmon and the Surrealists, Black Mountain, The New Pornographers, Eagles of Death Metal, The Drones, and a lot more.
